Allison Dressler Kramer
Founder, Co-CEO
Allison is an innovative leader, prolific writer, and passionate creator of children’s entertainment.
As Executive Producer of Hero4Hire Creative, she has grown the company's client base to include some of the world's most well-known brands, with Hero4Hire's work being recognized for numerous awards including Emmys, Shorties, Webbys, and Tellys.

Allison honed her skills in network television at Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, truTV, and courtTV. She is a graduate of Emerson College and holds a Ducktorate Degree from Disney University.
Evan Sussman
Founder, Co-CEO
As Partner and Executive Creative Director of Hero4Hire Creative, Evan is constantly innovating new styles and overseeing a complex and award-winning pipeline of 2D, 3D, and mixed media projects.
His distinct creative influence can be seen across a diverse portfolio, with major international clients including Hasbro, PayPal, Bose, Sallie Mae, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop, CBS, and Paramount Plus.
As Co-CEO of Pretty Amazing, Evan leads the development, production, and distribution of family entertainment for screens of all sizes, including the 3x Emmy-nominated show Fizzy's Lunch Lab, which he co-created.
Previously, Evan led post-production at Soup2Nuts, working on a range of projects including the Emmy-nominated shows WordGirl and Between the Lions for PBS Kids, and the cult classics Home Movies and Assy McGee for Adult Swim.
Jordan Beck
Head of Development
Jordan is an experienced and multitalented studio executive, filmmaker, and performer with over 17 years in all facets of the arts including animation, film distribution, international co-productions, IP development, and live entertainment.
His projects have been shortlisted for the Oscars twice and have been recognized with over 20 awards and festival accolades including the Parents’ Choice Awards, Palm Springs International Animation Festival, and THEA Awards.
Jordan produced, co-directed, and co-starred alongside Logan Lerman and Helena Bonham Carter in the award-winning 3D feature, Sgt. Stubby, and served as COO for the film's distributor, Fun Academy. He was instrumental in raising its $25 million production budget, securing its wide international release, and negotiating acquisitions by Paramount Pictures and HBO Max.
He is originally from Oakland, CA but was raised in rural Georgia by a pack of feral artists. He began accelerated collegiate studies at age 12 and graduated with a BA in Film Studies at 19 before embarking on his early career as an independent musician and gentleman adventurer.
